Accessibility Statement for the Distinguished Majors Program Exhibition:
We the artists are committed to making this event as inclusive as possible. Ruffin Hall has an elevator as well as ramps to the first and third floor. Van accessible parking is available on Culbreth Road and Bayly Drive. Please consult the maps for locations of accessible entrances and pathways.
Measures to Support Accessibility:
•Virtual versions of each exhibition and their corresponding audio descriptions will be accessible on the 2022 DMP Show website.
•Links to audio descriptions will also be accessible by QR code within the physical gallery space. These audio files will be hosted on SoundCloud.
•In addition to the website, video works with audio component will be captioned.
•Installations utilizing physical floor space in the exhibition will be arranged with wheelchair accessibility in mind.
•For each reception taking place each Friday, food will be served by the exhibiting artists. Food allergen information will be provided.
